Tools To Help You Find Top Affiliates
There are a few tools to assist in mining for possible true affiliates and publishers that may either publish articles with links, place banners, etc. Most web researchers would usually use popular researching tools like Alexa, Quancast, or Google Search. Well frankly, I am no different from them just that I am using additional tools that complement my web research. I would like to share them with you today.

Sign up for their free account and use their free tools.
With this tool, you can take your top ranking competitors and study their inbound links to see what’s giving them the extra nudge to the top of the search results.
http://www.seomoz.org/toolbox/backlinks - because you can put in a domain name for any website, product home page, forum, e-zine etc. etc. and click “Check Backlinks” and then click on results to open up and presto! You got a field of daises to go picking.
http://www.seomoz.org/toolbox/pagerank - because sometimes you want a quick way to see the pagerank so you know if the site is important to consumers in Google eyes. This works good too in finding out how they are viewed; http://www.seomoz.org/trifecta
http://www.seomoz.org/toolbox/indexed - because you can put in a site and find all the hidden or not obvious pages they have for the site. Just saves time and you can find things like blogs and forums where you can take that url address and use Linkscape above to find other sites linking to the forum/blog as an example
